Designing
Our Design Process – Where to start….
First we will ask you to fill in our Customer Design Brief. This will help us develop an understanding of your goals, your products and services, your position in the market place, your competitors and your potential clients and customers. Having read your brief, we will then arrange with you to have an initial informal discussion to further our understanding of your needs and aspirations. We will spend time talking to you and may ask you lots of questions, but we will listen carefully to what you tell us.
The next stage is for us to research your project. We will look at your competitors and other players in your industry to glean as much background information as possible. This information, together with a profile of your target audience, will enlighten our design process.
The design process then starts, pulling together all the ideas and information gathered so far. We will come up with some initial design concepts which we will email over to you. These are intended as ‘conversation starters’, which can then be revisited, refined or redesigned following your feedback. This “discuss, review, develop” approach fuels our design development process to produce your final design.
