Initially we will request that you complete our Customer Design Brief. This will help us to understand your business goals, your products and services, your position in the market place, your main competitors and your customers and clients. We will then arrange to have an informal discussion with you to further our understanding of your needs and aspirations. We may ask a lot of questions, but we will also listen carefully to what you tell us. This two-way communication process, supported by our own research, provides the foundations for the design and future development of your new website.

Based on all the information to hand, we will then come up with some initial design concepts for you to look at. These are intended as ‘conversation starters’ which can then be refined and developed following your feedback. This “discuss, review, develop” approach fuels our creative process towards producing the final design for your new website. When your website is ready for the world to see it, we can then provide you with secure, state of the art Web Hosting services to suit your needs.

The launch of your website onto the internet is a great start, but there is plenty more to do to ensure that your website is successful. This may involve some active marketing, both online and offline, with some search engine optimisation (SEO) work, all of which we can help you with. (Please see ‘Marketing’ pages for further information on these services.)

This would involve a program of Web Development supported by Web Management to maximize the future potential of your website to ensure it meets current market needs and continues to be an excellent sales and promotion tool for your business.
